Refund & Return Policy – GSM Online Shop
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required to process the return.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers pay a return shipping fee of Rs. 200.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your unboxing video, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for wrong or damaged items. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank if COD) within 8–15 business days.
- Please allow time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
